Overview

We respect your data. This product processes invoice documents to extract structured data and does not use your data beyond that purpose.

What we process

• Invoice and receipt PDFs
• Extracted structured fields (vendor, totals, dates, etc.)

How data is used

• Documents are processed to extract structured data
• No data is sold or shared with third parties
• No data is used for training models

Data retention

Invoice files are automatically deleted after processing based on your plan: Solo plan files are deleted after 5 days, Firm plan files after 40 days, and Studio plan files after 90 days. You can delete any file immediately at any time using the delete button in your dashboard. Files are never shared with third parties.

• Extracted data is only retained as needed for the service

Security

• Files are handled securely
• Access is limited to processing systems
